Fully intramural training
KSAP prepares people to serve in expert, managerial and leadership posts in public administration.
The programme of intramural training is designated for those lacking the experience that comes with at least two years of work in public administration.
This form of training continues over an 18- to 20-month period, during which time students put themselves at the full disposal of the School as they participate in classes, as well as domestic and foreign internships.
The programme of training is of an applied, interdisciplinary and open nature, making possible its modification and supplementation in response to ongoing challenges and needs in administration. Classes are run by practitioners in administration, as well as experts from the world of business and the best trainers in interpersonal skills.
The training programme is divided into 4 blocks, namely:
- Administration and law
- Economics and management
- International policy
- The shaping of attitudes and competences
The training programme also takes in:
- foreign languages
- (domestic and foreign) administrative internships
- community projects
- the Mentor Programme
