Twice a year (in spring and autumn), the OKU team joins with lecturers, teachers and trainers in putting together an offer consisting of 100+ courses of subject matter selected specially to meet current and upcoming needs of Ministries, central offices and other public institutions. There is paid access to these courses, meaning that they are available to Officials of the Civil Service and all other employees in public administration; but also to people not connected with administration in any way.

178 courses of an open profile were run in 2023, and these attracted 2399 people for training.
